SerOutro is an AI-powered English learning platform that allows users to practise conversational English through interactive role-play scenarios with AI-generated characters. The service includes scenario progression, XP tracking, and grammar correction feedback.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SerOutro. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately at support@seroutro.com.br if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SerOutro to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, hateful, or unlawful content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the platform.
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
• Interfere with the availability or performance of the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Conversations on SerOutro are generated by a third-party AI language model (DeepSeek). AI responses are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. SerOutro is not a substitute for professional language instruction.

We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information received through AI conversations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and technology associated with SerOutro are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any original text you write during conversations, but you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to deliver the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of SerOutro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SerOutrois provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SerOutro and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or loss of profits.
